The videos aren’t playing for me. What should I do?

That happens sometimes, and here’s how to fix it:

First, try clearing your web browser’s cache and cookies. Browsers sometimes incorrectly cache websites and try to load pages that don’t exist. Clearing the cache and cookies usually solves this problem. If it doesn’t. . .

Check that your browser is up to date. If it isn’t, install the latest version from your browser’s website. If you do that and the videos still won’t play...

Try a different browser (like Chrome, Safari, or Firefox).

Finally, if even after all that, the videos still won't play correctly, we’ll need to know your device, browser, and browser version you are using to access the site. You can check this easily by going to (https://www.whatismybrowser.com). Please send that info along to support@omgyes.com, and we’ll make sure it reaches our tech team who can look into the issue further.

I’m experiencing choppiness in the simulation, what should I do?

Sorry to hear that. First, see if your device or browser is supported for the simulation here. If it’s not, switch to a device that is supported. If it is supported, try closing other applications that are running in the background. Running the simulation uses up a lot of resources while it’s running - and the more resources are available, the better it works. If you’ve tried all of the above, and are already running the most recent version of Chrome or Safari, then we recommend doing the simulation on your laptop or desktop. Those have really strong processors and usually work very well.

Why did you make the touchable simulations?

The simulations are a way of modeling different ways women actually give feedback to guide their partners to what feels best for them. This turns out to be the most important 'technique' when it comes to women's pleasure - guiding, suggesting, experimenting, listening and responding in real-time. (It's also a part of sex completely missing from sex scenes in TV/movies/porn!) So, after you explore each topic and one of the women shows her particular variation, you can try it yourself on your touchscreen or computer and actually experience her style of feedback on how you can fine-tune what you're doing to make it feel even better.

Why do some topics have touch simulations and not others?

Great question. For each topic, we use the most effective tools we had to make the concepts clear. Sometimes that means graphs, or anecdotes, or videos, or simulations. Obviously a touchscreen is very different from actual anatomy. And some topics don’t become more clear from touchscreen simulations, like Layering, which is all about subtle pressures and moving layers of skin. Or Framing, which is all about setting expectations and turning off thoughts.

I’ve noticed something that’s broken on the site, what should I do?

Great! We’ll only get better with people letting us know what isn’t working well or could be improved. The absolute best thing you could do is take a screenshot or screen-recording, write your browser type and version, your device type and model and email it to support@omgyes.com. We so appreciate it.

Is OMGyes translated into additional languages?

Yes! You can switch the language you view OMGyes.com in with the language options in the bottom left corner of every page. Every video and simulation is captioned. You can turn captions on and off by clicking the ‘CC’ button, in the lower right corner of each video. We currently have the following languages available: English, Deutsch, Français, Español, Español (LA), Italiano, Português, Русский, Nederlands, 日本語, 한국어, 简体中文, and 繁體中文. If your language isn't displayed there yet, check back for more translations soon!

Why is it called "OMGyes"?

"OMG Yes" is a commonly used shortening of "Oh My God Yes!" in English. It's what someone says to exclaim pleasure and delight in and out of the bedroom.

What will future Seasons be about?

Because of your support and the success of OMGyes, we're able to continue producing more research and seasons of content on into the future! Season 3 is in production and explores creative techniques women have discovered to get the most pleasure from sex toys and household objects. We're very excited to be doing the first-ever research on this topic.

We're producing two free-to-access Seasons. One will focus on re-finding pleasure and intimacy in a life marked by trauma or abuse. The other will focus on pleasure for those who have experienced FGC/FGM (female genital cutting / mutilation.)

We also have teams researching a set of Seasons about men's sexual pleasure. And another working on trans sexual pleasure.

This is great. How can I help?

Thanks. We think it’s cool, too. There is something you could do: help us spread the cause. Tell friends about OMGyes— post it, tweet it, email a link. Or, if you're a writer, write an honest, personal review of your experience with the site, either as a post on our facebook wall or as a blog post. Speaking openly about this topic is what helps spread the cause!

Great Starting Points

Open

Shallowing

The joys of touch just inside the opening

90% of women love touch just at the entrance to the vagina. It’s easy to rush past this area or see it as just a place to tease—but when you explore the techniques that focus there, you’ll find it’s jam packed with pleasurable nerves.

Open

Pairing

Giving the clitoris extra pleasure during penetration

4x as many women orgasm when there’s a finger or vibrator on the clitoris at the same time as penetration. There’s a whole set of 4x better positions and orientations that ‘make room’ for this extra clitoral stimulation.

Enhancing Pleasure

Open

Staying In

Sustaining contact and pressure during penetration

In-and-out penetration is kind of like arriving to a party and then immediately leaving, over and over again. What can be even more pleasurable is when the penis, finger, or toy remains inside and rocks or grinds without pulling out or breaking contact. So the pleasure can build from uninterrupted stimulation.

Open

Broadening

Wider pressure and grinding to activate the entire clitoris

87% of women get special pleasure from a broad surface. When the pressure is spread out, no single area gets overstimulated and the entire pleasure neighborhood gets stimulated: the vulva and clit, of course, but also the deeper clitoral structure you can’t see.

Open

Flexing

Activating the body’s muscles to heighten pleasure

We all know orgasms make our muscles contract. But our research reveals that it’s a two-way relationship: women have discovered ways of tensing certain muscles in patterns to jumpstart, intensify or extend orgasms. Who knew?

Open

G-Regions

Finding new kinds of pleasure behind the walls

The ‘G-Spot’ isn’t a spot. And touch there doesn't usually feel good at first. Our new research paints a clearer picture about the ways women and their partners actually find and get pleasure from G-Regions.

Open

Angling

Adjusting the angle of penetration for more pleasure

We all sort of know that moving our hips changes how penetration feels. But really knowing which hip angles change what parts get pressure and why - that’s powerful. It gives us more options and more control over the pleasure.

Open

Renewing

Making touch newly pleasurable, over and over

You know how the moments when you first sink into a warm bath are often the best part? That same principle applies to sexual pleasure. Women have discovered ingenious ways of extending and repeating the intensity of that early touch.

Open

New!

Breathing

Using your lungs as a sex organ

One of the most surprising findings in our research was just how much breathing patterns can affect pleasure. Women can control when orgasms happen, can make orgasms more intense and can tune out distracting thoughts, all with specific breathing techniques.

Open

Booty

Heightened pleasure & bigger orgasms through anal touch

Women and their partners have discovered ways to intensify pleasure and orgasm with specific touches around, on and barely inside the butt, in addition to going deeper.

Going Beyond

Open

Adding

More pleasure through stretch & fullness

Pushing against or gently stretching the inside walls of the vagina can give a gratifying feeling of fullness, like a hug on the inside. You’ll explore the many creative ways to get that feeling with fingers, toys and penises.

Open

Squirting

Practical insights about a misunderstood topic

Squirting is not an orgasm. It’s rare that it happens at the same time as an orgasm. But for many women, it’s a really satisfying release. We’re pleased to present the first-ever large-scale research on this often misunderstood topic. Explore the shared stages and types of techniques women have discovered.

Open

New!

Deep-end

Whole-body pleasure from the far reaches of the vagina

Many women have discovered pleasure from certain areas in the back wall of the vagina. Some report reaching a unique kind of overtaking orgasm like a huge tension release deep in the gut. Explore the specific areas, motions and strategies.
